Manager - Engineering Projects (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization and deployment of project management methodologies for engineering, production, and quality projects.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commissioning, including proposal making and detailing.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to monitor work progress, costs, quality, and timelines.
• Implement innovative solutions to increase the Automation Index, line efficiencies, quality, and safety within bottling units.
• Oversee bottling line design standardization for packaging equipment and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.
• Monitor and track Capex and cash flows, providing monthly updates on risks and action plans.
• Drive operational excellence by embedding the PRIME philosophy into the engineering pillar.
• Conduct Gemba walks to identify unsafe conditions and implement engineering interventions for safety and health improvements.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in project management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of bottling line design and packaging equipment.
• Experience in vendor and contractor coordination and management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and working on engineering drawings.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management, timeline tracking, and cost-effective capacity improvement.
• Experience implementing automation and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
