Manager, Engineering - Endpoint - Cloud

Responsibilities

• Own engineering execution for the Aurora Endpoint platform, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
• Lead a distributed engineering organization, including teams based in Bangalore, India
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define roadmaps and evolve technical direction
• Drive the adoption of AI-driven software engineering practices and institutionalize best practices for AI-enabled development
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, ISMS controls, and SDLC best practices
• Develop leaders and engineers through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning

Requirements

• 10-13 years of technical experience with 4+ years in software engineering leadership
• Proven experience leading distributed or global engineering teams
• Strong expertise in cloud, endpoint, or security-focused software development
• Background in microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
• Experience driving modern development practices, including CI/CD and automation
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI-enabled development transformations or implement developer productivity tooling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint security or cybersecurity products
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
