About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the R&D TAS team to support internal labs and systems, ensuring high-quality administration and configuration.
  • Generate and manage day-to-day work for the team while defining and delivering on a 6-month roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, and Developers to execute the company's technical roadmap.
  • Remove blockers and provide direction and clarity to ensure the team meets its objectives and goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and champion the adoption of secure coding standards.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning in collaboration with the Director.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of deep administration experience with Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Okta, and VMware vSphere.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (OSI layers 1-3) and protocols including DHCP, DNS, IPsec, and SSL/TLS.
  • Experience working within a dynamic Agile environment.
  • A "security-first" mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
