Manager Engineering - Advance Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop robust and standard manufacturing solutions for electric steering systems and components in collaboration with Core and Application IE.
• Implement manufacturing solutions while meeting all internal and customer milestones.
• Manage external and in-house equipment suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and performance requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee Operation Launch Management activities and Gate Reviews for new and refurbished assets.
• Support plant resources during installation, debugging, validation, production ramp-up, and serial production handover.
• Collaborate with Division CE Operations Management to define and promote global standards for steering assembly and manufacturing.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure system-level compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust manufacturing and assembly solutions.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Data analysis oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
