Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engagement Managers to foster a high-performance culture
- Own team-level retention, adoption, and expansion metrics
- Establish and refine engagement methodologies, playbooks, and processes
- Conduct regular one-on-ones to monitor customer health and drive proactive intervention strategies
- Serve as an escalation point for high-priority or complex customer situations
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering leadership
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to grow the Engagement Management function
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- 2+ years of direct experience managing and developing a team
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing teams
- Strong operational mindset with experience implementing scalable processes
- Data-driven leadership style comfortable setting team KPIs
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
