Manager, Engagement Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve reporting and dashboard infrastructure for mid and lower-funnel conversion metrics
• Lead ad hoc analyses and synthesize findings for Member Services and Operations leadership
• Define requirements and lead process mapping for analytical projects and new reporting initiatives
• Establish data validation, QA standards, and gap identification processes
• Apply AI tools to streamline repetitive reporting tasks and automate workflows
• Own the funnel measurement framework and drive conversion performance analysis
• Manage and mentor analysts on the team, setting priorities and reviewing work
• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Member Services and Operations leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
• 1-2 years of experience leading or managing analytical work or a team
• Advanced SQL skills for designing and optimizing complex queries and data models
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Exposure to healthcare data, CRM data, or member/customer journey analytics
• Python familiarity for data manipulation
• Experience scaling an analytics function in a startup environment
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude
