Manager, Energy Program Management

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical design and delivery at multiple Games venues simultaneously
• Plan, schedule, and lead cross-functional meetings with engineering and power delivery teams
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor venue development and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Manage change orders, documentation, and reporting
• Track deliverable progress, action items, and issues logs
• Follow up with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for design review and permitting
• Support assessment of cost and delivery impacts during design development
• Track progress of Utility Service Provider capital improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or energy project management
• Experience managing complex electrical projects through planning, design, and implementation
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong experience working with senior management across multiple functional areas
• Ability to manage change and mitigate risk effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
