Manager - End User Compute

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user IT support operations across 75+ locations for 2500+ users
• Manage a team of 15+ engineers, driving performance and acting as an escalation point for critical issues
• Oversee the operational budget, including hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC costs
• Drive standardization of IT support processes and lead digital workplace automation initiatives
• Manage device lifecycle management, including refresh cycles for laptops, desktops, and VC systems
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure SLA enforcement and effective issue resolution
• Monitor team performance against EUC KPIs to ensure high engagement and productivity

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a major multi-national enterprise supporting IT and business functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and virtualization
• Experience with ITSM, collaboration, and productivity tools
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects within complex structures

• CCNA certification
• Microsoft certification
• ITIL certification
