Manager encaissement & Administration

Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilize the checkout team by setting common objectives and managing schedules
• Supervise and control checkout operations and financial flows
• Manage debt recovery and unpaid transactions
• Ensure secure management of safe access and bank transfers
• Control and transmit administrative and accounting documents to the Finance and IT departments
• Handle customer disputes and ensure high service quality to maintain satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to report anomalies such as stock shortages or pricing errors

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar management role within the distribution sector
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment
