Manager, Employer Brand

Responsibilities

• Translate employer brand strategy into clear, practical content and materials to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling.
• Manage and maintain the careers page, ensuring it is engaging, up to date, and aligned with the employer brand narrative.
• Partner with Internal and External Communications teams to ensure consistent application of the employer brand across all employee and external channels.
• Provide input into templates and hiring materials to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain employer brand presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and monitor feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the tracking and reporting of employer brand metrics, including engagement and content performance.
• Coordinate with Recruitment Marketing to ensure brand effectiveness in campaigns and hiring materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, brand management, or employer branding.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• A practical, delivery-focused approach to managing projects and outputs.
