About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute employee engagement initiatives including talent planning, performance management, and recognition programs.
  • Partner with HR and business leadership to develop and implement Organizational Health Action Plans driven by data analytics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels to balance employee experience with business needs.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify operational challenges and develop effective engagement solutions.
  • Oversee onboarding programs, new leader assimilation exercises, and employee engagement training.
  • Create and deploy audience-specific communications to promote engagement programs and positive organizational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements to engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in employee engagement, HR, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Forms, and SharePoint.
  • Background in Labor Relations or as an HR Manager.
  • Experience leading diverse project teams to successful outcomes.
