Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as the primary Elixirr lead, ensuring high-quality delivery and accountability for resolving risks and issues
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members while overseeing project delivery and delegating tasks
• Manage senior client relationships and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional value and influence outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and structure complex problem-solving sessions
• Rapidly master new subject matter to lead discussions and act as an expert in the room
• Identify commercial opportunities and invest in broadening the firm's service capabilities

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, transformational change, target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing, or business case development
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with experience managing project teams
• Strong stakeholder management and senior client relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, complexity, and steep learning curves
• Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
