Manager, Electrophysiology

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a team of 8-9 application engineers
• Manage human resources including recruitment, performance evaluations, coaching, and training
• Interface with sales teams to align technical activities with national marketing plans
• Drive market share growth in the Electrophysiology sector by promoting innovative products and technologies
• Monitor competitor activities to develop competitive arguments for Abbott Medical
• Coordinate new product launch activities and internal/external training sessions
• Act as the primary point of contact for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic regional clients
• Manage business cases related to capital equipment

Requirements

• Higher medical or scientific degree in a biomedical field
• Technical knowledge of the medical device market
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular sectors
• Proven success in key account management and relationship development
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong priority and resource management skills
