Responsibilities

• Grow and mentor a team of multidisciplinary electrical engineers
• Oversee design of machine architecture, pulsed power circuits, grid-interfacing systems, and circuit modeling including plasma coupling
• Drive schedule ownership and optimization across the team to accelerate milestone achievement
• Lead design, analysis, and process improvements to increase engineering throughput
• Collaborate with Research, Mechanical, and Production teams to derive system requirements and meet program goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Proven ability to grow engineers and impact career progression
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with full project ownership
• Success managing complex engineering projects with schedule accountability
• Hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing disciplines
• Ability to apply first-principles thinking to solve complex technical problems
