Manager, Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Electrical Engineering teams within the Engineering Department
• Manage a team of engineers designing and certifying aircraft modifications for systems including cabin management, electrical power distribution, and interior lighting
• Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate engineering staff
• Conduct performance reviews and manage salary adjustments
• Set quality standards and establish engineering processes
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to facilitate design completion
• Assist with bids and cost estimations for new programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading a team of engineers
• Aerospace industry background required
• Knowledge of aircraft interiors, drawing development, and FAA requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Must qualify as a US Person for ITAR compliance
