Requirements
Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Minimum 8 years of experience in the engineering industry, Experience in automotive and/or heavy-duty vehicle design, Proven experience leading a team of engineers, Significant experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Service (DFS), and value engineering, Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, prototyping, testing, and validation, Working knowledge of AC and DC electrical power distribution, Expert knowledge of electrical load calculations and circuit protection, Experience with high voltage system design and safety guidelines, Experience with low voltage harness design, Proficiency in Zuken E3 or equivalent ECAD for harnesses and electrical schematics, Familiarity with automotive components such as circuit breakers, relays, and wiring

About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage E/E Systems team processes and automated quality assurance of deliverables
- Lead SCRUM activities and track tasks in systems such as Jira
- Create and manage Statements of Work with contractors and prototype vendors
- Own E/E design in Zuken E3 from schematic development through detailed harness design and release
- Serve as harness integration owner, merging electrical changes into a coordinated harness release
- Manage harness release process including change control, revision, and configuration management
- Facilitate Design Reviews with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and industry standards
- Lead DFMEA to identify risks and drive electrical system design improvements
- Perform complex troubleshooting with on-site and remote field service teams
Requirements
