Manager, Electrical Design Technical Program Management

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of ECU Technical Program Managers
• Develop and maintain integrated engineering and delivery schedules for ECU programs
• Act as the primary interface between Infotainment/Connectivity ECU teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Coordinate with Vehicle-level program managers to ensure dependency alignment
• Lead build readiness reviews across engineering, pilot, and pre-production phases
• Identify programmatic risks early and drive mitigation plans
• Plan and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts
• Drive requirements capture, documentation, and process improvement

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or product development
• Experience managing and developing teams of technical program managers
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Detailed knowledge of electronics design, development, validation, and integration (PCBA, mechanical assemblies)
• Prior engineering experience in ME, EE, or systems engineering
• Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and vendors
• Proven ability to develop and launch complex electromechanical products
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Build-to-Print, JDM, or Tier 1 supplier partner models
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety, FMEA, and risk-based test coverage
• Interest in exploring AI-driven solutions for reporting and analysis
