Manager, EH&S

Responsibilities

• Oversee all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs and set strategic improvement plans.
• Provide leadership and supervision to EHS staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement EHS policies and training programs for workplace safety and emergency procedures.
• Monitor regulatory compliance, conduct regular inspections, and maintain accurate exposure and discharge records.
• Act as a liaison with external consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation administration, including incident reporting and claims processing.
• Establish and track key EHS metrics to monitor progress and ensure visibility to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing setting.
