Responsibilities
- Manage power and signal distribution
- Oversee grounding distribution and wiring harness partitioning
- Manage W/H packaging and routing
- Oversee low voltage junction boxes
- Manage vehicle assembly sequence
- Ensure compliance with mass targets, standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with all vehicle E/E systems and functions
Requirements
- Expertise in automotive E/E systems and wiring harnesses
- Knowledge of suppliers, technology, and innovation
- Experience in packaging of E/E components including wiring harnesses
- Masters, PhD or comparable advanced degree
- Strong systems knowledge and technical problem-solving skills
