Manager, Editorial Services - Spanish

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit high-quality content for stakeholder-facing materials including playbooks, venue guides, and FAQs
• Translate select publications and promotional messages from English to Spanish
• Proofread, fact-check, and refine content to ensure accuracy and tone consistency
• Work with A.I. language models to ensure translated works are culturally relevant
• Collaborate with design and brand teams to lay out documents and create visual assets
• Manage imagery for editorial use and ensure appropriate rights clearance
• Coordinate version control and project timelines across multiple departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Spanish
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
• 5+ years of experience in editorial, publishing, or copywriting
• 5+ years of experience editing copy in both English and Spanish
• Experience translating publications from English to Spanish
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
• Experience with A.I. tools
• Experience with large-scale projects in events, media, or sports
