Manager, EDI Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the EDI operations team, setting priorities and ensuring effective day-to-day support
• Monitor daily EDI transaction activity to ensure critical documents are processed accurately and on time
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including transaction failures, mapping errors, and data exceptions
• Partner with internal teams and external trading partners to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity
• Maintain EDI maps, partner setups, support procedures, and operational documentation
• Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and improve efficiency
• Report on operational health, recurring issues, and areas requiring leadership attention
• Collaborate with the Integrations Solutions Lead to maintain and upgrade EDI architecture

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing EDI operations within a business environment
• Experience leading or managing a team supporting EDI operations or related business systems
• Hands-on experience monitoring EDI order-to-cash transactions
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, common transaction sets, and transmission methods
• Experience supporting EDI processes connected to modern ERPs such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics365
• Ability to identify root causes and improve operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
