Manager - Ecomm/Marketplaces

Responsibilities

• Drive client KPIs across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty, and Fashion
• Manage a portfolio of 3-5 client accounts, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery
• Provide strategic direction and refine campaign plans, including targeting, creatives, and campaign structuring
• Oversee the AdOps team to ensure effective execution of advertising strategies and automation for reporting
• Manage digital advertising budgets and track success metrics through detailed analysis and reporting
• Lead business reviews with clients and identify opportunities to scale revenue and efficiencies
• Manage team growth, including planning development programs and conducting PDPs
• Support new business pitches in collaboration with business teams

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA degree
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in marketplace advertising
• Proven experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace campaigns
• Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Amazon Pi, or Amazon Drona
• Mandatory experience in team management and leadership
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical and communication skills
