About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of US Refreshment Beverages (USRB) Early Talent programs, including the Summer Internship Program and the 1-Year Leadership Development Rotational Program (LDP).
- Partner with HR, Campus Recruiting, and business leaders to attract and select high-potential talent.
- Identify and develop meaningful internship projects and LDP rotational assignments that create value for both participants and the business.
- Design and facilitate capability-building experiences to accelerate professional and leadership growth.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to interns and LDP participants throughout their development journey.
- Measure program effectiveness and business impact to drive continuous improvement and strengthen the talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, leadership development, program management, or recruiting.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across various functions and levels of an organization.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally within a Commercial Function.
- Hands-on experience specifically with early talent training and development.
- Proven track record of success driving early-career initiatives.
