Manager, E-commerce Operations

Responsibilities

• Own daily ecommerce operational KPIs including order flow, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment quality
• Identify root causes of operational issues and propose process improvements
• Maintain and improve SOPs across ecommerce networks and fulfillment workflows
• Monitor 3PL and SLA performance and collaborate with warehouse partners
• Drive cross-functional ecommerce initiatives and manage Jira boards
• Maintain and configure Shopify Plus settings, apps, and workflows
• Manage API connectivity and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors
• Manage and support the Ecommerce Operations Coordinator through coaching and development

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or digital operations
• Experience supporting Shopify Plus operations and system integrations
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations and 3PL workflows
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical mindset with forecasting experience
• Exceptional documentation and process mapping skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with luxury or premium retail brands
• Familiarity with Narvar, Global-e, NoFraud, Celigo, Nosto, Klaviyo, or ShipStation
• Experience supporting customer service or CX improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting DAM, CRM, or clienteling system implementations
