Manager, Durable Conservation and Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage Viability and Feasibility phases of the Project Finance for Permanence (PFP) pipeline
• Lead teams conducting PFP pipeline development and advise external partners
• Ensure aligned messaging across WWF-US, Country Offices, and the global Network
• Collaborate with internal teams including Nature Finance, Investment, and Public Sector Partnership teams
• Strategically advise partnerships aligned with Enduring Earth
• Convene colleagues to define priority geographies for large-scale nature finance opportunities
• Represent WWF at international finance meetings, workshops, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in conservation science, environmental/finance policy, or natural resource economics
• 8-10 years of professional or program experience
• Experience with large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Familiarity with government, private sector, and civil society actors in nature finance
• Strong project and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Project Finance for Permanence (PFP) or conservation finance
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience living or working overseas
• Experience working within large, complex, global organizations
