Responsibilities

• Organize and manage team activities to guarantee unit performance
• Communicate global orientations and set individual objectives
• Support, guide, and stimulate collaborators in achieving goals and developing skills
• Foster a climate of trust and optimize group cohesion and partner interfaces
• Ensure the proper application of internal processes and rules
• Drive operational and economic performance using various reporting tools
• Oversee the production launch of new products according to project objectives
• Evolve industrial tools in alignment with company strategy
• Ensure the sustainability and consistency of modifications during series production
• Maintain the reliability of technical data and participate in technological monitoring

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in management
• Natural leadership, listening skills, and empathy
• Exemplary behavior and impeccable communication skills
• Proactive mindset and autonomy in decision-making
