About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the Domestic Group of Products in the East Zone and increase market share
- Expand dealer network coverage and manage customer and dealer relationships
- Oversee timely order execution through C&F and manage plant and stock levels at C&F godowns
- Conduct market surveys regarding new products and competitor activities to provide feedback to Head Office
- Develop, support, and motivate direct reports to improve overall team efficiency
- Provide monthly Order Intake (OI) projections in coordination with the sales team
- Coordinate with the TSS and Zonal Sales Team for monthly material indenting based on seasonal demand
- Plan and execute sales promotional activities within the sanctioned budget
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and statutory forms
Requirements
- 12-15 years of relevant professional experience
- Educational background in DME, Graduate degree, or MBA
