Manager, Distribution Order Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Data Management team
• Oversee daily operations and client communications to ensure SLA compliance
• Monitor team workload and proactively adjust task assignments
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Act as a liaison between Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance for order processing
• Support hands-on execution of operational tasks during peak periods

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in an hourly administrative environment
• Experience supporting distribution center administration, including order and delivery scheduling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
