Manager, Direct Procurement - Planning & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Undertake management of ROP (Re-order Point) system and meetings across the network
• Evaluate market and internal trends to support strategic proposals
• Support vendor relationship management and supplier performance through KPI development
• Identify strategic opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
• Follow procurement strategies, policies, and procedures
• Develop business relationships with functional stakeholders in Operations, Brand, and Marketing
• Drive tracking and reporting for all areas of Direct Procurement
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast and demand
• Identify and drive process improvement workstreams
• Support system development, implementation, and monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or finance preferred
• 5+ years in procurement or related analytical fields
• Direct Procurement experience (packaging, ingredients, etc.) preferred
• Expertise in supplier market landscapes
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must pass required background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS or Supply Chain Certification
