Osmo is a digital olfaction company on a mission to give computers a sense of smell to improve the health and wellbeing of human life. Olfactory Intelligence has applications across industries including fragrance, manufacturing, security, medicine, and more.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing across email and CRM (HubSpot)
- Build and scale lead nurturing flows to move prospects from inbound to qualified leads
- Oversee paid acquisition across search, paid social, and retargeting
- Lead SEO efforts to establish brand presence on Google and AI platforms
- Manage external media agencies and hold them accountable to KPIs
- Own website performance and conversion rate optimization using Webflow
- Develop a consumer-centric social and content strategy for B2B audiences
- Own full-funnel reporting from traffic to closed-won revenue
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital or growth marketing (B2B2C, DTC, or hybrid)
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Hands-on experience with Webflow and landing page optimization
- Deep familiarity with paid media platforms like Meta and Google
- Proven ability to manage external agencies
- Highly data-centric with a strong analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing or managing Substack or newsletter content
- Background in fragrance, beauty, or consumer brands
- Experience marketing to founders, indie brands, or creators
