Manager, Digital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through the consultative sale of healthcare IT and SaaS solutions to hospitals and health systems.
• Manage and lead a team of Digital Solutions Territory Managers, providing coaching on sales strategies and career development.
• Own and manage a defined sales territory, achieving and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for critical care environments.
• Lead discovery-driven sales processes to identify client needs and position solutions that deliver clinical and operational value.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-suite executives, clinical leadership, and IT decision-makers.
• Manage commercial discussions including SaaS contract structures such as SOW, SLA, and BAA.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Territory Business Plans to meet annual sales goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience in healthcare IT or MedTech SaaS.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales of IT, SaaS, or digital solutions to North American healthcare clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Valid driver's license and a valid passport.
• Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more) within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales team.
• Familiarity with ECLS, respiratory therapy, or perfusion-related technologies.
• Experience selling digital solutions specifically to ICU or high-acuity care environments.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms and integration considerations.
• Experience working with Value Analysis Committees and hospital IT procurement processes.
