Manager, Digital Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment on business needs with go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, and brand, to optimize ecommerce KPIs
• Work with UX teams to implement design thinking methodologies across the customer sales journey
• Collaborate with technology and content stakeholders to define and document experience requirements
• Prioritize and deliver data-driven digital experiences through iterative testing and optimization
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by presenting complex plans and translating business strategy into experience concepts
• Manage projects from discovery through execution, ensuring all dependencies and risks are communicated

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, experience design, or a marketing role owning consumer-facing digital applications
• Strong background or coursework in Design Thinking or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and use a test-and-learn approach
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate a clear product vision
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
