About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Negotiators and Associates to develop and execute digital media plans
- Communicate with clients on marketplace intelligence and partnership needs to align with KPIs
- Manage daily client contact, develop media partner relationships, and present recommendations
- Lead strategic media planning, KPI development, and partner negotiations using data and analytics
- Oversee plan development, budgets, and the client billing process
- Manage relationships with Analytics and Ad Ops for proper tagging, reporting, and optimization
- Secure best marketplace pricing and master investment strategies
Requirements
- Experience across a variety of media channels
- Fundamental understanding of media and syndicated tools
- Ability to develop integrated marketing communication plans for traditional and non-traditional media
- Experience with campaign management or ad serving technology such as Double Click DART, Atlas DMT, or Media Mind
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital media planning
- Working knowledge of third-party research tools like comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, or NetRatings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to delegate and oversee team workloads
