Manager, Digital Media Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of Digital Campaign Managers to foster professional growth and a collaborative culture.
• Oversee live campaign pacing, delivery health, and the makegoods process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Establish and optimize delivery safeguards, including QA processes and pacing templates, to minimize human error and revenue leakage.
• Standardize cross-functional handoff processes between Sales, Planning, Account Management, and Ad Operations.
• Partner with Ad Operations and Revenue Operations to resolve systemic delivery or billing issues.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex campaign-level client or agency concerns.
• Identify and eliminate operational or technical roadblocks to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in digital account management, media execution, or ad operations.
• Strong understanding of digital media execution, pacing, and billing fundamentals.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.

• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members in a professional setting.
