Manager, Digital Marketplace - Social Commerce

Responsibilities

• Lead the US TikTok Shop business strategy, execution, and growth roadmap.
• Own day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including campaign planning, catalog management, and product launches.
• Build and manage relationships with TikTok Shop and key social commerce platform partners.
• Lead creator and affiliate commerce programs to drive scalable revenue growth.
• Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Finance teams to support forecasting and inventory alignment.
• Own and report on key commercial KPIs including GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and contribution margin.
• Drive testing and optimization across merchandising, product storytelling, and creator performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital commerce experience, specifically in social commerce, marketplace, or affiliate environments.
• 2+ years of experience leading others.
• Strong expertise in TikTok Shop Seller Center and creator ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and social-first conversion strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketplace insights into actionable recommendations.
