Manager, Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, optimization, and performance of national digital marketing channels
• Drive engagement, lead generation, and campaign conversion across social, website, paid, and email channels
• Own paid digital strategy and investment decisions, including budget management
• Oversee and mentor a small team of digital specialists
• Embed a data-driven, performance-led approach to digital marketing across the firm
• Manage digital innovation and marketing automation workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services
• Strong hands-on capability across social media, website management, email, and paid digital
• Demonstrated experience delivering lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Act-On, HubSpot, or Marketo
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
