Manager Digital Marketing and Multichannel

Responsibilities

• Partner with global business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution concepts, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Manage vendors and service providers, including contract oversight and monitoring service quality.
• Drive value-adding enhancements on digital platforms and guide implementation with internal and external teams.
• Define and communicate the global roadmap for digital capabilities to ensure alignment with customer engagement strategies.
• Support organizational change through clear communication, end-user training, and high-quality system documentation.
• Monitor system health, coordinate incident resolution, and ensure adherence to IT compliance and security standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Science, Business Information, or a related discipline.
• Several years of hands-on experience with Veeva marketing solutions.
• Strong expertise in pharmaceutical CRM and customer relationship management.
• Proven track record in leading or supporting global rollout projects, particularly in EMEA and the US.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
