Manager - Digital Investment

Responsibilities

• Lead digital media buying and investment strategy across Google, Meta, Programmatic, OTT, YouTube, and E-commerce
• Drive commercial negotiations with publishers, platforms, and ad-tech partners
• Collaborate with digital planning, client leadership, and performance teams
• Deliver on investment KPIs, audit readiness, and rate adherence
• Oversee budget management, delivery tracking, and post-buy analysis
• Partner with trading and digital excellence teams to identify innovations and beta partnerships
• Lead a team of digital buyers and executives
• Provide market intelligence and cost benchmarks for new business pitches
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in digital media buying, investment, or trading
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms, programmatic ecosystems, and biddable buying
• Hands-on experience with DV360, CM360, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Media Studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the WPP ecosystem (Mindshare, Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom, or Nexus)
