Manager, Digital Content

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site content and experience strategy for weekly, seasonal, and launch-driven moments.
• Own the end-to-end consumer journey across the eCommerce site, including homepage, navigation, and PDPs.
• Develop and maintain a seasonal content calendar that aligns brand storytelling with merchandising priorities.
• Manage content workflows to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of product launches.
• Partner with UX, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Monitor engagement KPIs such as bounce rate, CTR, and time on site to drive optimization.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization efforts to improve discovery and conversion.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in digital content, eCommerce, or digital merchandising.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and CMS/DAM tools.
• Proven experience defining on-site consumer journeys and content placement.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable experience improvements.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized and proactive with experience managing complex digital workflows.
