About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media copywriting, brand voice, and community management across platforms to ensure fan-first engagement.
  • Own the management and optimization of multiple social profiles, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that include creating compelling UGC and organic content from events and activations.
  • Optimize audio/video metadata and sounds using SEO and GEO principles to maximize discoverability.
  • Analyze performance metrics (KPIs, impressions, CTR, CPM) and prepare insightful reports for executives and stakeholders.
  • Manage the social media calendar, planning and forecasting content weeks or months in advance.
  • Partner with marketing leads and external agencies to develop effective briefs and multi-faceted social campaigns.
  • Track competitive activity and translate influencer campaign data into actionable strategic insights.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing social media content and running digital campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, for creating visual content.
  • Experience using CapCut and video editing tools.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and managing ad platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok for Business).
  • Deep understanding of both paid and organic social media algorithms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in entertainment, film/TV, music, or media environments.
  • Proven track record working with social media agencies, influencers, and external content creators.
