About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital content campaigns that support Corporate Communications priorities for global internal and external audiences
  • Create content across multiple formats, including written, audio, video, and visual/graphic content
  • Apply a social-media-informed lens to corporate storytelling, understanding platform behaviors, trending formats, and virality potential
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to align campaign content with company messaging and approval processes
  • Distribute content across multiple platforms, tailoring timing and framing to respect cultural nuances and global time zones
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data, including reach and engagement metrics, to report findings and recommend adjustments
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify performance drivers and opportunities for future improvement
  • Partner with creative teams (designers, videographers, etc.) to incorporate data insights into the creative development process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital content or social media campaign strategy, ideally within entertainment, media, or a culturally driven brand
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across written, audio, video, and visual formats
  • Deep fluency in social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Data-driven approach with experience setting KPIs and using analytics dashboards to pivot strategy
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different formats and audiences
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
