Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and general management of Account Coordinators and Project Administrators
• Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements
• Monitor operating budgets and action plans with the Operations Management Team
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure National Account Customer needs are fulfilled
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide necessary counseling
• Develop relationships with National Account Customers and ensure timely problem resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of direct or peer management experience preferred
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical experience identifying KPI trends
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in the Service Industry with a focus on service, sales, and cost control
