Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of approximately thirty drivers regarding safety, motivation, and skill development
• Manage daily driver requests and resolve field issues
• Plan and optimize human and material resources, including vehicle schedules and driver assignments
• Manage the available vehicle fleet in coordination with the workshop to ensure service quality
• Participate in driver recruitment and conduct professional interviews
• Ensure service quality through corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain client loyalty through regular visits and reporting
• Propose cost-management improvements to clients
• Prepare and control billing
• Conduct regular field safety visits and lead safety briefings (causeries sécurité)

Requirements

• Higher education in Transport or Logistics
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar management role
• Experience managing drivers directly and managing client accounts
• Mastery of road transport social regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized with a strong sense of initiative
