Responsibilities

• Manage a team by communicating strategic orientations, setting ambitious objectives, and supporting professional development through coaching and feedback.
• Foster a climate of trust, respect, and cohesion to encourage intra- and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Lead change management by anticipating and accompanying evolutions in tools, processes, and organization.
• Supervise operational processes, including internal and external flow planning, production plan validation, and stock management.
• Monitor performance through reporting tools, analyze delivery gaps, and implement corrective action plans with internal and external partners.
• Ensure the successful integration of new products and processes into production flow planning.
• Anticipate resource needs and adjust organizational structures and recruitment requirements accordingly.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency in the face of new operational challenges.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Management and Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in change management.
• Natural leadership skills with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and unite teams.
