Manager, Demand Planning COE

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and support of demand planning processes and systems for the Tools and Outdoor business within the Americas
• Implement new demand planning processes, tools, reports, and systems developed by the Global COE
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and the Demand Planning Playbook to ensure regional consistency
• Provide expertise and troubleshooting for regional demand planning functions, including training and data solutions
• Collaborate with global teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement and capability growth
• Contribute to the design and implementation of next-generation planning systems
• Support and sustain a regional Super User network to foster continuous learning

Requirements

• BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning principles and systems
• Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time
• Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills for global cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business ideas clearly
