Manager, Demand Planning COE

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and support of demand planning processes and systems for the Tools and Outdoor business within the Americas
• Implement new demand planning processes, tools, reports, and systems developed by the Global COE
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and the Demand Planning Playbook to ensure regional consistency
• Support regional demand planning functions through training, troubleshooting, and providing expertise in systems and data
• Collaborate with global teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement effective solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of next-generation planning systems
• Support the creation and maintenance of a regional Super User network to foster continuous learning

Requirements

• BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Project Management
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning principles and systems
• Ability to lead, coach, and train peers across global organizations
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas
• Ability to travel approximately 15%, including international travel
