Manager, Delivery

Responsibilities

• Oversee production teams and processes to ensure Print and Insert operations meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for production, quality, and SLA issues across three shifts.
• Coach and develop front-line Supervisors, Leads, and employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Review operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Manage client inventory, including material ordering and maintaining optimal warehouse stock levels.
• Partner with Shift Supervisors to reduce waste and improve expense margins.
• Ensure compliance with all client and company policies, audit requirements, and security standards.
• Manage complex customer relationships and participate in client meetings to provide business updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and motivate staff.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.
