Manager – Defense Business Operations & Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize defense industry partnerships including MOUs, teaming agreements, and supply agreements
• Advance private-sector partnership discussions into executable agreements or funded programs
• Support integration of private-sector partners into government capture efforts and proposals
• Manage defense revenue forecasting, pipeline tracking, and scenario planning
• Prepare defense-related inputs for board decks, investor materials, and executive reviews
• Coordinate across technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams to ensure revenue realization
• Participate in industry forums, trade shows, and meetings with government stakeholders including the DoD

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, program management, or government contracting
• Experience supporting complex partnerships or multi-party initiatives
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel 25%+

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the defense industry or regulated industrial environments
