Manager - Dealership and Service Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit and after-sales operations across COCO and FOFO/DODO centers
• Drive vehicle intake, qualification, retrofit, testing, and delivery processes
• Support setup and operations of vehicle service centers, charging service hubs, and 3S centers
• Manage dealer and franchise partner operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPIs
• Plan service center capacity, staffing, and spare parts availability
• Ensure compliance with IPQC standards, tooling calibration, EOL, and PDI processes
• Monitor KPIs including output, turnaround time, uptime, and warranty closure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
• Experience in the automotive or EV industry preferred
• Strong understanding of retrofit processes and quality assurance standards
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational planning tools
