About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and develop a team of apprentice masters
- Create a favorable environment for team activities by fostering communication and group cohesion
- Develop relationships with professional training stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and training plans while managing information flow
- Manage investments for the training center, including infrastructure, production means, and tools
- Support the opening of potential new apprenticeship tracks
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to organize training and manage priorities
- Drive entity performance using management and steering tools
Requirements
- HES Engineer in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Over 5 years of management experience in an industrial environment
- Strong project management skills, specifically regarding investments
- Thorough knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system
- Natural leadership abilities with the capacity to unite teams
- Pedagogical, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication skills and an open mind
- Highly organized, rigorous, and professional
